PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO REVIEW AND UPDATE LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANTS ALLOCATION FORMULA

The scope of the assignment is to review the second generation grant allocation formula report proposed to allocate both recurrent and block grants, LGAs data book (with 167 LGAs) and LGA BG Template, identify the gap  and update the grant allocation datasheet to accommodate all 185 LGAs. 

• Review the second generation grant allocation formula report and the related grant allocation template;
• Collect the necessary information / data on the 18 new LGAs that are not yet included in the current grant allocation formula documentation;
• Produce an updated   LGAs data book and template that accommodate all relevant data as per requirements contained in the existing LGA Data book and the new LGA grades;
• Make a presentation to all key stakeholders on the updated LGAs grant allocation formula documentation;
• Accommodate all relevant comments from stakeholders and submit the final report
